1. You built the product.
  2. Friends and early users say it's great.
  3. Sales calls booked this month: 0.
  4. Not because the product is bad...
  5. ...because not enough buyers have been asked to buy it.
Sell or Fold · a 30-day selling mission for founders

Your product is built. Now put it in front of buyers.

Thirty days to reach 2,000 real buyers. You get a clear plan for every week, a weekly check-in on your numbers, and other founders doing the same. Hit your target and you keep your seat. Miss it and you fold: you're out, and there's no refund.

One payment from $197. Sales tools included.

Your first customers won't come from another feature. They come from 30 days of putting your offer in front of the right people, every single week.

How it works

30 days. 2,000 real buyers. People, not messages.

  1. 1

    Commit.

Set your offer, your buyer and your target. We review the plan before day 1.

  2. 2

    Sell every week.

Reach qualified buyers by cold email, LinkedIn or your own outreach: 2,000 people in 30 days.

  3. 3

    Show your hand.

Every week you report your numbers with evidence, and a person checks them.

What counts. The target is 2,000 unique qualified prospects: people, not messages. Each person counts once. Follow-ups, test sends and published content don't count toward it. You can ask for a smaller target, and we approve it.

What you get

Everything you get when you join.

A programme that keeps you selling, the tools to do the selling, and a bonus to launch with.

1

The programme

The structure and the people that keep you going for 30 days.

  • The 30-day mission

A clear target, checkpoints at 300, 800, 1,400 and 2,000, and a deadline that makes selling happen.

  • The step-by-step playbook

36 tasks across five stages, so you always know what to do today.

  • Weekly reviews

You send your numbers and evidence every week, and a person checks them.

  • Selling Score and leaderboard

See how you're doing against the other founders in your cohort.

  • Private founder community

Founders on the same mission dates, sharing wins, stuck points and what's working.

2

The tools: Distro, included

Distro is the sales software you'll use. You paste your website, it works out who buys from you, then it runs your outreach and content, with you approving what goes out.

  • GTM plan

Your ideal customer, the problems they have, your positioning and the channels to use, written for your business.

  • Cold email

Personalized email sequences sent from your own Gmail, with follow-ups that stop the moment someone replies.

    Instead of Instantly Growth, $47/mo
  • LinkedIn outreach

Finds people showing buying intent, then runs connection requests and follow-up messages from your account.

    Instead of HeyReach, $79/mo
  • Copilot

Engages your buyers on LinkedIn and X: finds the right posts and people, drafts replies you approve.

    Instead of GojiberryAI PRO, $99/mo
  • Content Engine

Plans, writes and publishes SEO articles to your blog on a schedule, so Google and AI search send you buyers.

    Instead of Semrush SEO, $139/mo
  • Sales inbox

Every reply in one place, with AI reply drafts you approve before anything is sent.

3

Bonus: Launch video kit

A step-by-step kit to create a motion launch video for your product, like the one below. No video editor needed.

Bought separately, the tools alone cost about $364 a month, roughly $4,368 a year. With Sell or Fold you pay $197 once, and the programme comes with it.

The rule

Sell, or fold.

Hit your target in 30 days and you keep your seat, the tools and the cohort. Miss it, and this is what you lose:

  • Your Distro tool access
  • Your place in the cohort
  • Your payment. There's no refund.

Before anything folds, you get warnings, a 7-day grace period and the right to appeal. After that, it's final. To come back, you start a new mission and pay again.

Accountability

Someone is watching your numbers. That's the point.

  • Weekly reports, reviewed.

You submit your numbers and evidence every week, and a person checks them.

  • Your Selling Score.

One score built from what you actually did, not what you planned.

  • The leaderboard.

See where you stand against your cohort, under a name you choose.

  • No-Silent-Launch Review.

Doing the work and buyers still aren't answering? We review your offer, targeting and messages with you. It is a review, not a results guarantee or a refund guarantee.

Who runs this

Run by the team behind Distro.

Distro is the sales software every member gets. We built it for founders who sell, and we run Sell or Fold ourselves: we review your mission before day 1, check your weekly reports, and step in with the No-Silent-Launch Review when your numbers say something is wrong.

Fit

Built for founders who have something to sell.

For you if

  • You have a product or service people can buy today.
  • You keep building because selling feels slower.
  • You'll report honestly every week, bad weeks included.

Not for you if

  • You want someone to sell for you.
  • You're still deciding what to build.
  • You want guaranteed customers. Nobody can honestly promise that.

Programme payments are non-refundable, including when a mission folds. Tool access continues while your membership is active and compliant. It isn't lifetime access.

Pausing, suspension, cancellation, a refund, a chargeback, confirmed abuse or failing the programme rules can end sponsored access. A Distro plan you pay for yourself, or a valid trial, is never touched.

Read the programme terms before you join.

FAQ

Questions founders ask.

What exactly do I pay?

One programme payment: $197 for Growth or $297 for Scale, in US dollars. It is not a recurring subscription.

Can I get a refund?

No. Programme payments are non-refundable, including when a mission folds. This doesn't affect any rights the law in your country gives you.

What happens if I miss my target?

You get warnings, a final warning and a 7-day grace period to catch up or appeal. If the mission still fails, it folds: your membership and tool access end and your payment is not refunded. To come back, you start a new mission and pay again.

What counts toward the 2,000-prospect target?

Unique qualified prospects reached for the first time during the mission through Distro email, a LinkedIn campaign attached to your mission, or approved manual outreach. Follow-ups are touches, not extra prospects, and content does not count toward the target.

Is this lifetime Distro access?

No. Sponsored Distro access continues while your Selling Founders membership remains active and compliant. Pausing, suspension, cancellation, a refund, a chargeback, confirmed abuse or failing the programme rules can end it.

Is anything guaranteed?

No. The programme provides software, structure, playbooks, verified progress and accountability. Customers, revenue, meetings, funding and reply rates are not guaranteed.
